We manufacture and sell manual shift controllers, shifter and accesssories for the Aisin-Warner 4spd automatic transmissions and now Nissan RE4R01A. These transmissions are commonly known as AW4, A340 and 30-40LE. These transmissions have been used in Jeep, Toyota, Nissan, Lexus, Isuzu, Suzuki and Volvo vehicles.

Baja II is done. This will be a little more compact, while still using all the same electronic components.
 
Toyota Slowing getting caught up, been building and shipping these, Toyota dual transfer case "triple stick" shift lever set up. This kit will put all three shift levers together on the forward transfer case.
 
Nissan Rail and Rock shifters I have the Rail done and have prototype Rock models out for testing rignt now, so far this is looking good and within a  month you Nissan guys should have all the same shifting options as the Jeep and Toyota guys.
Jeep R/T Also working with Matt Adair who has a Road Racing Cherokee team for a combined manual/electric Rock shifter dubbed the R/T. This will only have shift control of 1st thru 3rd using the floor shifter but overdrive will be available for cruising using a simple on/off switch.
 
Bumpers, yes plate bumpers, seems are too few people building a good heavy duty winch bumper using plate instead of round tubing. Check out the bumper page for more info and pics.
 
How did we get started?
When swapping in a A340F in my '83 Toyota I found the need to have a controller to shift the transmission manually since I didn't have the TCM or any way to connect it to the carburated 22R.
Not being able to find what I needed I made my own.

 
Evolution of the shifter.
Originally using toggle switches and diodes to be able to shift the transmission I wanted something more convienent and practical. So the RSS programmable controller was born. Using a PLC and learning Ladder Logic programming I created a manual shifting program. Although this worked great I still was on a quest for something simpler, so was born the Rail Shifter. Then after a conversation with a Jeepspeed racer I took it upon myself to create the Baja Shifter, a larger more rugged design with the off-road racer in mind. 
After a weekend of snow wheelin' I realized the inconvience of going from 1st or 2nd to reverse, so evolved the Rock floor shifter.
The next product is just a wheelin' trip away.
 Where are we going?
Since there is always something the off-road community needs or wants we'll be there to help supply those niche products. 
Of course we'll do this without losing focus on the shifting products that were the start of our business. The Photo and Idea page often has new product ideas that are under development, if you have an need please feel free to contact us.
